"Gave up trying to order"
I tried to place an order, but the site was so slow and confusing that I just got frustrated. The filters didn’t really help, and the pages loaded weirdly on my phone. Then my cart changed things twice, i’m tired of having to explain the same basic issue over and over. It was just a really annoying experience, and I ended up giving up

The design is okay, but nothing that really impressed me. It does the job, I guess, but it feels basic. What bothered me more was the lack of any real human contact. Everything felt automated, and it would’ve been nice to actually speak with a person instead of feeling like I was just being pushed through a system

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket Number"
I ordered a small item and didn’t expect it to take almost three weeks to show up. The tracking barely updated for days, so I was just left wondering what was going on. When it finally arrived, the product itself was fine, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating. It kind of felt like I was just a ticket number waiting in line instead of an actual customer

"Comfy robe, fit was close"
I ordered this robe and wasn’t totally sure how the sizing would work out, but it ended up fitting mostly how I expected. The sleeves are maybe a little long on me, but not enough to bother me or make me want to return it. I’d say if you’re picky about sleeve length, you might notice it more, but for just lounging around the house, it’s totally fine and good enough for me.
"Really let down by the custom engraving"
I ordered a customized item from Holyart the engraving was disappointing. It came out crooked and looked kind of faded, not at all like the preview I saw when placing the order. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it just didn’t look like something I paid extra to have customized.
I reached out to them about it, but the response took a while and didn’t really help much. For the price, I thought the quality and service would be better. Like I said, maybe their regular items are fine, but I wouldn’t order anything custom from them again

"Found the Same Stuff for Less"
I bought these thinking the price was decent, but later that same day, while I was killing time on my phone before making dinner, I found the exact same items cheaper somewhere else. It just felt a little unfair, like I should’ve checked around more before ordering. The items themselves are fine, but paying more for the same thing definitely left a bad impression

"Good communication overall"
I’m picky when it comes to order updates, so I really appreciate when a company actually keeps me in the loop. I had a question about my order from holyart.com and they got back to me fairly quickly with an answer that made sense. They also updated me once the item shipped, which I liked. One reply did take a little longer than I would’ve wanted, but overall the communication was good and it felt like they cared about helping me.

"Ruined My Plans for the Weekend"
I was really disappointed with this. I had planned to set it up over the weekend, but the edges looked rough and the paint was uneven, so it just didn’t look good enough to use. Frustrating when you’re excited to get something finished and it ends up throwing off your plans

"Late delivery, but they sorted it out"
My order did show up late, which was a bit frustrating at first. I wasn’t really sure how easy it would be to get help, but support replied quickly and got it handled without too much back and forth. So, yeah, not a perfect experience, but I’m happy enough with how they dealt with it.

"Good experience overall, tracking could be better"
I ordered a few things from holyart.com and, compared to some other online shops I’ve used, everything showed up exactly as I chose it on the site. No wrong sizes, no missing pieces, which I definitely appreciated. The delivery was close to the estimated date, maybe about a day later than I thought, but nothing that bothered me. Packaging was fine too and everything arrived in good shape. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking wasn’t as clear as it could be, but overall it was a smooth order with no real issues.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, which was, you know, a little frustrating. They did end up answering my question and sorting things out, so that was good, but I just kind of wish the replies had come a bit quicker.

I got the item and it was definitely the one I was expecting, so no issues there. When I tried it on though, the sizing felt a bit different from what I had in mind based on the details listed. It still worked out, but I’d probably double-check the measurements next time before ordering.

"Good selection, but browsing is a bit of a chore"
Holyart definitely has a huge range of stuff, especially if you’re looking for religious gifts or church-related items. I actually found a few things there that I couldn’t easily track down on other sites, so that part was great. But browsing the site got a little annoying. Some categories feel way too cluttered, and I kept having to click around just to compare items that looked almost the same anyway. Like, why do so many products need to be that similar? Overall, it’s fine and I’d probably use it again, but it’s not exactly the smoothest shopping experience.

"Quick Help, Even With a Small Order Hiccup"
I had a small issue with my order, and customer service got back to me quickly. I noticed the timing was just a little off from what I expected, which bugged me at first, but they explained exactly what was going on and got it fixed. The person helping me was polite and actually helpful, not just sending generic replies. It wasn’t perfectly smooth, but the way they handled the little details made me feel better about it.

"Exactly What I Expected"
As someone who’s picky about religious decor and likes knowing exactly what I’m getting, I was a little nervous the statue might look different in person. But it arrived looking just like the photos on holyart. The colors, details, and size were all accurate, with no weird surprises or overly edited pictures. What I saw on the site is basically what showed up, and I’m really happy with it.
